Frequently asked questions
What is a portable high chair and what is it for?
A portable travel high chair is a fabric seat that fits onto a standard chair so your baby can sit at the table to eat when you're out: at restaurants, at the grandparents' or on holiday. tuc tuc's fold into a bag with a handle and shoulder strap, so they fit in the pushchair bag.
Does the pushchair footmuff fit any pushchair?
The tuc tuc pushchair footmuff has a universal design, made to fit most pushchairs; check the dimensions and attachment system on the product page. We also have universal liners and lightweight, foldable pushchairs.
Which nursery products are useful for travelling with a baby?
Travel essentials usually include a portable high chair, a lightweight foldable pushchair, a changing bag or changing backpack and a document holder to keep baby's health record and paperwork together, all of which you'll find in bags and organisers.
Do tuc tuc nursery products come in sizes?
Most are one size: high chairs, footmuffs, liners, bags, blankets and comforters. The exception is textile garments, such as the newborn bodysuit set, which is sized by month: 0–1 month (50–58 cm), 1–3 months (59–62 cm) and 3–6 months (63–68 cm). Check our size guide.
How do you wash a baby blanket or muslin?
As a general guide, wash them before first use, in cold or lukewarm water, on a gentle cycle and don't tumble dry, and always follow the product's care label. Air-drying helps the fabric stay soft. For footmuffs and liners, check the label to see whether they're machine washable.
What nursery gift should I give at a baby shower?
A changing bag with its matching document holder or wash bag is one of the most practical gifts for parents. If you'd rather give something for the baby, combine a blanket, a muslin and a comforter in the same print. For families who love to travel, a portable travel high chair is usually a hit.
