1. Who sells

The commercial relationship between NATH 2004, S.L. and the customer will be governed solely by the general conditions stated here, in their original version and at the time the order is placed.

2. Who can buy

Purchases through this website are reserved for users classified as final consumers who are adults and do not act in the exercise of any commercial, business, or professional activity.

Tuc Tuc reserves the right not to process orders placed by users who do not meet the final consumer qualification described above.

Tuc Tuc only sells the products listed on this website in:

  • The peninsular territory of Spain including the Balearic Islands, excluding sales in the Canary Islands (which has its own online store: www.tuctuc.com/ca/), Ceuta, and Melilla;

There will be no delivery service for products to excluded territories.

3. Products for sale

Only products from the TUC TUC and NATH KIDS brands, which are constantly updated, are for sale at www.tuctuc.com/es.

Each product is accompanied by a detailed description of its main features. Although Tuc Tuc takes the utmost care in reproducing its products, the images and colors of the products for sale may not accurately reflect reality due to the specific characteristics of the user's internet browser or screen.

4. Price of products for sale

The prices of products for sale are set in euros and include the corresponding VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be added and communicated to the user before finalizing the order, and must be expressly accepted by the user upon confirming the purchase.

Shipping costs will be €4.95 when the purchase amount is less than €50. Shipping will be free when the purchase amount is €50 or more.

Prices may be updated at any time by Tuc Tuc; however, the prices applicable to each order will be those in effect at the time the user confirms the purchase of the products.

5. Formalization of the product order by the user

To complete the purchase of products, the user must follow the steps established in the purchase process; provide the requested data; expressly accept these terms of sale at the time of order confirmation; and make full payment at the moment of confirmation.

Such data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy stated on this website.

The sales contract will be considered formalized and perfected at the moment of effective receipt of full payment by NATH 2004, S.L.

Tuc Tuc may not process orders that are incorrect, incomplete, if payment confirmation is not received within 48 hours of placing the order, or if one or more products are unavailable. The user will be informed by email or phone about the non-processing of their order and the reasons for it.

Once the order is placed and fully paid, the user will receive, within 24 hours, an email confirmation detailing the order number, purchased products and their prices, shipping costs, chosen payment method, shipping address, and other contractual transaction details.

The user may cancel their order only before the merchandise has left Tuc Tuc's warehouses.

6. Payment methods

Tuc Tuc accepts the following payment methods:

In Spain:

  • Credit card VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX.
  • PayPal.
7. Delivery of ordered products
7.A. Home delivery

The delivery time in Spain is 1 - 3 business days from the date the order is placed, except during promotional and holiday periods (long weekends, holidays, Easter, and Christmas) when this period may increase to a maximum of 10 business days due to order volume and transportation reasons.

Tuc Tuc will deliver the products to the address indicated by the user in the order form, which in any case must be within the territory specified in clause 2 of these sales conditions.

Delivery will be considered completed from the moment the transport company makes the product available to the user.

If the package could not be delivered due to reasons attributable to the user within 10 business days following the dispatch of the package for delivery, it will be returned to Tuc Tuc, with the user bearing the shipping and return costs to the origin of the merchandise, as well as any associated management fees.

See in-store pickup conditions in point 11 of these sales conditions.

8. Return policy
8.1. Right of withdrawal

The user has the right to withdraw from the contract without any justification within a period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify us at NATH 2004, SL, at the address: Calle Rin, 7. 43870 Amposta (Tarragona), by writing to us at the email address [email protected] or to our contact form, their decision to withdraw from the contract through a statement indicating name and surname, address, date, and order number.

The withdrawal form model included as an Annex to these Conditions may be used, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that the communication regarding the exercise of this right by the user is sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

The user must return the products directly to us at the following address: Calle Rin, 7. 43870 Amposta (Tarragona), or request the return through a courier organized by us as explained in clause 8.2; without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract.

The user will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product when the return is not made through a courier organized by us.

The user may not return products purchased on the website at TUCTUC physical stores. Only online orders made with in-store pickup at TUCTUC as the shipping method can be returned in physical stores, as explained in clause 11.

For the product to be accepted, the user must return it in the same condition in which it was received, using or including all original packaging, instructions, and other accompanying documents, keeping its labeling, and including a copy of the delivery note inside the package, marking the returned products.

In case of withdrawal, TUCTUC will refund the user all payments received for the order without undue delay, using the same payment method used for the purchase, and within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date the withdrawal decision is communicated.

However, TUCTUC may withhold the refund until the products have been received or until the user has provided proof of their return.

8.2. Returns via courier pickup

The user may return products by exercising their right of withdrawal through a courier organized by TUCTUC. To do so, the user must request the return through the "Order History" section of the "My Account" area on this website. The user must select the order to be returned, mark the references of the products to be returned, and click on "Send Return." Then, a return number will appear for the user. They must prepare the product in the same package in which it was received, indicate the return number on the package, and hand it over to the transport company that will collect it from the delivery address.

8.3. Product exchanges

If you wish to exchange any garment for another size, the user must follow the return procedure indicated in clause 8.2; and at the end, they must indicate in the comments the size they want.

If the user has requested an exchange of an item for the same one in a different size, the carrier will deliver the new product at the time of collecting the item.

8.4. Returns of defective products

In cases where the user considers that the product at the time of delivery does not comply with what is stipulated in the contract, they must contact us immediately by writing to the email address [email protected] or through our contact form, providing the product details as well as the damage it suffers, where we will indicate how to proceed.

You may return the product by handing it to a courier we will send to your home at no cost to the customer, with the service charged to NATH 2004 SL; or through an additional service organized by the company at no cost to the customer. We will carefully examine the returned product and notify you by email within a reasonable time if a refund or replacement is appropriate (if applicable). The refund or replacement will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-compliant item is proceeding. Amounts paid for products returned due to any defect or fault, when it actually exists, will be fully refunded, including delivery costs incurred to deliver the item to you and, if applicable, also the costs you incurred to return the product to NATH 2004 SL.

9. Product warranty

Tuc Tuc guarantees the products purchased on its website for a period of three years from the date of delivery against any defect, hidden faults, or non-conformities that make them dangerous or unsuitable for normal use.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, impacts, misuse, or improper handling.

The cost of shipping defective products for inspection by our Quality Control team will be borne by NATH 2004 SL.

To make use of the warranty, the customer must contact the Customer Service of NATH 2004 S.L directly through the contact form on our website https://www.tuctuc.com/es/contacto or via email [email protected].

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution

The General Terms of Sale set forth here are subject to Spanish law.

In case of dispute regarding the interpretation, execution, or validity of these general terms of sale, the courts of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.

Submission of complaints and claims

At tuctuc.com we are committed to offering products and services of the highest quality. However, if our customers are not satisfied with any aspect of their shopping experience, they can submit their complaints and claims as follows:

1. Electronic means

Consumers can submit their complaints or claims through our website. Please follow these steps:

  • Access our Contact section at www.tuctuc.com/contacto.
  • Complete the form with the details of your complaint or claim, providing all relevant information such as the order number, a detailed description of the problem, and any supporting documentation.
  • Submit the form and our customer service team will contact you within a maximum of 10 business days.
2. Postal mail

Alternatively, you can send your complaint or claim in writing to the following address:

Include in your letter all relevant information, such as your name, email address, order number, and a detailed description of the problem.

3. Consumer service offices

Additionally, consumers can contact the consumer service offices in their locality or autonomous community for advice and to submit their claims.

4. Alternative dispute resolution

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint or claim, you can access the European Union online dispute resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

5. Inspections and applicable regulations

In compliance with current regulations and following the guidelines of consumer authorities, all complaints and claims will be handled according to the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

11. tuc tuc in-store pickup
When is this delivery option available?
This option is almost always available except during special periods when the volume of orders prevents proper management of in-store deliveries. For example, during part of the sales period or special promotions.
Can I buy online and pick up my order in store?
Yes, as long as the online purchase was made in the same country as the store where you want to pick up the order.
At which tuc tuc stores can I pick up my order?
You can check the stores for pickup in our Spain store locator. Pickup is not allowed at our outlets or at our El Corte Inglés corners.
How is the amount of my purchase refunded?
If you buy online and pick up in a physical store, the refund will be made through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
How long will it take for my online order to arrive at the store?
You will receive your order within a maximum of 10 business days, depending on the location, although the usual delivery time is 4 business days from when we receive your order.
How do I know when I will receive my order to pick it up in store?
When you choose in-store pickup at tuc tuc, we will send you an email when the order leaves our facilities and another email confirming when it is available at the selected store.

Remember you have 15 calendar days to pick it up and you must provide your order number as well as identify yourself with a valid ID (DNI, NIE, passport) to complete the pickup.
How can I manage a return of an online order in a physical store?
You can return the product to our tuc tuc stores free of charge as long as it is properly wrapped, with original tags, and in perfect condition. Remember you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to make returns.
