The commercial relationship between PRIME COLLECTIONS, S.L. and the customer will be governed solely by the general conditions stated here, in their original version and at the time the order is placed.

Purchases through this website are reserved for users classified as final consumers who are adults and do not act in the exercise of any commercial, business, or professional activity.

Tuc Tuc reserves the right not to process orders placed by users who do not meet the final consumer qualification described above.

Tuc Tuc only sells and delivers the products listed on this website in the following countries and territories:

• Spain: mainland and Balearic Islands;
• Portugal: mainland;
• France: metropolitan France;
• Italy;
• United Kingdom;
• Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

Sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the Azores and Madeira, the French overseas departments and territories and any other territory not included in the list above are excluded. There will be no delivery service for products to excluded territories.

The delivery address must be located in the country of the online store where the order is placed.

Only products from the TUC TUC and NATH KIDS brands, which are constantly updated, are for sale at www.tuctuc.com/es.

Each product is accompanied by a detailed description of its main features. Although Tuc Tuc takes the utmost care in reproducing its products, the images and colors of the products for sale may not accurately reflect reality due to the specific characteristics of the user's internet browser or screen.

The prices of products for sale are set in euros (in pounds sterling in the United Kingdom store) and include the corresponding VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, will be added to these prices; they will be communicated to the user before the order is placed and must be expressly accepted by the user when confirming the purchase. For shipments to the United Kingdom, the provisions of clause 7.A regarding customs duties and import taxes shall also apply.

Prices may be updated at any time by Tuc Tuc; however, the prices applicable to each order will be those in effect at the time the user confirms the purchase of the products.

To complete the purchase of products, the user must follow the steps established in the purchase process; provide the requested data; expressly accept these terms of sale at the time of order confirmation; and make full payment at the moment of confirmation.

Such data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy stated on this website.

The sales contract will be considered formalized and perfected at the moment of effective receipt of full payment by PRIME COLLECTIONS, S.L.

Tuc Tuc may not process orders that are incorrect, incomplete, if payment confirmation is not received within 48 hours of placing the order, or if one or more products are unavailable. The user will be informed by email or phone about the non-processing of their order and the reasons for it.

Once the order is placed and fully paid, the user will receive, within 24 hours, an email confirmation detailing the order number, purchased products and their prices, shipping costs, chosen payment method, shipping address, and other contractual transaction details.

The user may cancel their order only before the merchandise has left Tuc Tuc's warehouses.

• Credit card VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX.
• PayPal.

Tuc Tuc will deliver the products to the address indicated by the user in the order form, which must in all cases be within the territory specified in clause 2 of these terms of sale. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Amposta (Tarragona, Spain). Shipping costs and estimated delivery times, expressed in business days from the date the order is placed, are as follows:

* United Kingdom: amounts set in euros and charged in pounds sterling (GBP) at the exchange rate applied at checkout.

During promotional and holiday periods (Black Friday, Christmas, sales, Easter, long weekends and public holidays), these times may increase due to order and transport volumes, up to a maximum of 10 business days in Spain and 15 business days in all other countries.

Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped from the European Union and may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees. Where these amounts are calculated at checkout, they will be shown and charged before the order is confirmed; otherwise, the carrier may collect them from the recipient upon delivery.

Delivery will be considered completed from the moment the transport company makes the product available to the user.

If the package could not be delivered due to reasons attributable to the user within 10 business days following the dispatch of the package for delivery, it will be returned to Tuc Tuc, with the user bearing the shipping and return costs to the origin of the merchandise, as well as any associated management fees.

Available in Spain only, when offered at checkout. See the in-store pickup conditions in clause 11 of these terms of sale.

The user has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify PRIME COLLECTIONS, S.L. of their decision before that period expires, either by requesting the return from their account as explained in clause 8.2, or by means of a statement indicating their full name, address, date and order number, sent by email to [email protected], through our contact form or by post to C/ Rin, 7, 43870 Amposta (Tarragona), Spain. The model withdrawal form included as an Annex to these Terms may be used, although its use is not mandatory.

The user must hand the products to the carrier arranged by Tuc Tuc, or send them by their own means to C/ Rin, 7, 43870 Amposta (Tarragona), Spain, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicated their decision to withdraw.

Returns made through the carrier arranged by Tuc Tuc are free of charge in all delivery countries. The user will only bear the direct cost of returning the products if they choose to send them by their own means.

The user may not return products purchased on the website to tuc tuc physical stores. Only online orders placed with in-store pickup at a tuc tuc store as the shipping method may be returned in a physical store, as explained in clause 11.

For the product to be accepted, the user must return it in the same condition in which it was received, unused, keeping its labels, original packaging, instructions and any other accompanying documents, and including a copy of the delivery note with the returned products marked. The user shall be liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

In the event of withdrawal, Tuc Tuc will refund the user all payments received for the returned products, including standard shipping costs if the entire order is returned, without undue delay and using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which it is informed of the decision to withdraw. However, Tuc Tuc may withhold the refund until it has received the products or until the user has supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

To return products free of charge, the user must request the return from the "Orders and returns" area of the "My account" section of this website: select the order, mark the products to be returned, choose the return method, enter the reason and click "Request a return". The user must then pack the products, preferably in the parcel in which they were received, and hand them to the carrier or drop them off at the selected point.

In Spain, collection normally takes place within 24/48 hours of the request. Collection times depend on the carrier.

Size exchanges are free of charge in all delivery countries and may only be made for the same item in a different size. To do so, the user must follow the procedure set out in clause 8.2 and enter the desired size in the reason field (and the product it refers to, if returning several).

Tuc Tuc will send the new item, at no cost to the user, once the returned item has been received and checked at its warehouse. Exchanges are subject to availability; if the requested size is not available, the price of the item will be refunded in accordance with clause 8.1.

If the user considers that, at the time of delivery, the product does not comply with the contract, they must contact us immediately by email at [email protected] or through our contact form, providing details of the product and of the damage, and we will indicate how to proceed.

The product may be returned by handing it to a courier we will send to the user’s address, at no cost to the user and at the expense of PRIME COLLECTIONS, S.L. We will carefully examine the returned product and inform the user by email, within a reasonable time, whether a refund or replacement is appropriate. The refund or replacement will be made as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days of the date on which we send the email confirming it. Amounts paid for products returned due to a genuine fault or defect will be refunded in full, including delivery costs and, where applicable, any costs incurred by the user in returning the product.

Tuc Tuc guarantees the products purchased on its website for a period of three years from the date of delivery against any defect, hidden faults, or non-conformities that make them dangerous or unsuitable for normal use.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, impacts, misuse, or improper handling.

The cost of shipping defective products for inspection by our Quality Control team will be borne by PRIME COLLECTIONS SL.

To make use of the warranty, the customer must contact the Customer Service of PRIME COLLECTIONS S.L directly through the contact form on our website our contact page or via email [email protected].

The General Terms of Sale set forth here are subject to Spanish law.

In case of dispute regarding the interpretation, execution, or validity of these general terms of sale, the courts of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.

At tuctuc.com we are committed to offering products and services of the highest quality. However, if our customers are not satisfied with any aspect of their shopping experience, they can submit their complaints and claims as follows:

• Complete the form with the details of your complaint or claim, providing all relevant information such as the order number, a detailed description of the problem, and any supporting documentation.

Additionally, consumers can contact the consumer service offices in their locality or autonomous community for advice and to submit their claims.

In compliance with current regulations and following the guidelines of consumer authorities, all complaints and claims will be handled according to the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
