Pack the items in their original box
📦 Make sure to pack the products well in their original box to avoid damage during transport.

Deliver the package to the shipping company
If you have selected "Pickup at NACEX delivery point," you must deliver it to the point you previously selected.
The pickup time will depend on the shipping company; any delay is beyond tuc tuc's control.
If you have requested an exchange of an item for the same one in a different size, the new product will be delivered once we have received the package in our warehouses.

You will receive the refund of the amount
💳 When we receive the merchandise at our facilities, we will refund the amount of the returned items using the same payment method you used for your order. The time for the refund to appear in your account will be approximately 2–5 days, depending on your bank.
