Go to Your Account > Orders and Returns:
Click on the Return button for the order you wish to return, and you will see the details:
Select the product(s) you wish to return (check the corresponding box(es)):
Add the reason for your return or exchange (IMPORTANT: if you want to exchange any item for a different size, and only the same item can be exchanged, please specify it in this same message field. Include the new size and indicate which product you want to exchange if you have selected more than one product for return). Finally, complete the process by clicking on Request a return:
Place the items in their original box.
Hand over the package to the shipping company.
The pick-up time will depend on the shipping company; any delay is beyond tuc tuc’s control.
If you have requested an exchange for the same item in a different size, the new product will be delivered once we have received the package at our warehouse.
To track your return, go back to My Account > Orders and Returns, and click on Return Tracking:
Once we receive the merchandise at our facilities, we will refund the amount of the returned items using the same payment method you used for your order. The refund will appear in your account within approximately 2–5 days, depending on your bank.
